The meter is texts, not guests: every message to every guest draws from one shared bucket, so 100 guests on Starter means five texts per guest across your entire wedding. The current refund policy says purchases are generally non-refundable, subject to the exceptions it describes. Do not assume a blanket money-back guarantee.

Replies and photos are a plan gate, not an add-on

The pricing calculator says receiving guest text replies and photos requires Plus, Premium, or Ultra. Compare at least the $87 Plus plan if incoming text conversation matters to you. Photo and video guest-book options vary across the feature matrix, so a digital guest book is not interchangeable with receiving photos as text replies. Check the exact feature you want.

The help center says incoming replies do not consume the outgoing text allowance. That makes the message budget less restrictive than counting every question against your sends, but it does not turn the outgoing bundle into unlimited messaging.

What 100 or 150 guests actually consume

Consider an illustrative single-event wedding with 100 guests: a save the date (100 texts), the invitation (100), a reminder to the 40 guests who haven't replied (40), a final nudge to 15 stragglers (15), a week-of note with hotel and parking details (100), a morning-of timing update (100), and a thank you text the next day (100). That is 555 texts, past the Starter bucket, without a single extravagant send. At 150 guests the same sequence is roughly 830. Add a welcome dinner or a multi-day celebration with three per-event messages and you pass 1,250, beyond the Plus bucket and into Premium at $137. Text My Wedding says you can upgrade by paying the price difference between plans. If your estimate is close to the allowance, compare the next tier before buying.
