Time reminders off the caterer's date
Work backward from when you need a real number.
Most couples schedule this:
- Two weeks before the RSVP date: warm, just the link.
- Three days before: name the date out loud.
- The day after: you are finalizing numbers this week.
- Seven to ten days before headcount: one guest at a time.

Remind non-responders only
A guest who already said yes does not need a nudge.
If they get one, they assume you lost their card.
Send by pending status.

One reminder per event on multi-day weekends
Mehndi, welcome dinner, and reception are three lists.
A blast to everyone is either vague or asks about nights they were never invited to.
