Canva websites do not collect RSVPs on their own, so you add a button that links to an RSVP page hosted somewhere else. With Cordially Wed, you publish your Canva pages to Cordially, launch an RSVP page styled to match, and paste its link into your Canva site.
Guests tap RSVP on your Canva site, type their name as it appears on the invitation, and answer for each person in their party and each event they are invited to. Every reply lands in your Cordially guest list.
Step 1: Publish your Canva pages to Cordially
Open your wedding website design in Canva. In the Share or publish options, choose Cordially RSVP, then select the pages that show your names, date, and events. Confirm the publish.
If you don't see Cordially RSVP in Canva, sign up at cordiallywed.com, open Custom RSVP, and choose Canva. You skip the auto-fill and enter your events yourself.
Step 2: Check what Cordially found
Cordially reads the pages you sent and fills in your names, wedding date, city, and each event with its date, start time, and venue. Fix anything that's off. If a detail wasn't on your design, the field is marked so you can add it, and you can add or remove events here or later.
Step 3: Confirm your email and phone
Enter your email and type the 6-digit code Cordially sends you. You may also be asked for your mobile number and a texted code. That number receives your 5 free test texts, so you can see a guest message on your own phone before you pay for anything.
If you already have a Cordially account, the design is added to it. Either way, you land on your guest list.
Step 4: Add your guests
Import your guest list or add guests one at a time, then invite each guest to the events they're coming to. The RSVP only opens for names on this list, and each guest only sees their own events.
Put family members in the same household. When one person RSVPs, they can answer for everyone in their household.
Step 5: Style and launch the RSVP page
In Cordially, open Custom RSVP and choose Canva. Pick a font, text and button colors, sizes, and the wording on the prompt and button so the page looks like your Canva design. Changes save as you go.
Click Launch when it looks right. If you change the design later, click Launch changes so guests see the new version.
Step 6: Copy your hosted RSVP link
After launch, Cordially shows your hosted RSVP link. Copy it from the Canva RSVP setup page in Cordially, or from the Cordially app in Canva. The link stays the same when you relaunch design changes, so you only paste it once.
Step 7: Add the link to your Canva site
Back in your Canva website, add a button or text that says RSVP. Select it, add a link, and paste your hosted RSVP link. Update your published Canva site so guests get the new button.
Test it on your phone. Type a name exactly as it appears on your guest list and check that the right events show up.
Text guests the RSVP link and remind only pending guests
Plenty of guests never open the website. In Cordially Messaging, write one message and add the {{invite_link}} variable. Each guest gets a personal RSVP link, so they skip typing their name. In Settings, under RSVP Link, you choose whether that link opens your Cordially wedding website, the simple RSVP page, or a custom link of your own.
As replies come in, your guest list shows who said yes or no to each event and who is still pending. Send the reminder to the pending guests only, so people who already answered don't get nudged again. Messages go out by SMS or WhatsApp from a wedding number, and replies come back to one inbox.
