Keep the wedding website you already built on Canva, Squarespace, Zola, The Knot, Joy, or Wix, and add Cordially Wed for RSVP tracking and texting guests. Here is how each one connects.

The short answer

You can keep your wedding website on any builder and use Cordially Wed for RSVPs, guest texting, or both. On Squarespace you embed Cordially's RSVP form, on Canva and Wix you link to it, and on Zola, The Knot, or Joy you can keep their RSVP and use Cordially to text guests the link.

The choice comes down to where you want replies stored. If RSVPs land in Cordially, you can see who is pending for each event and text only those guests. If they stay on Zola or The Knot, Cordially sends the messages but can't see who replied.

Canva: publish your pages, then link the RSVP

Publish your Canva website pages to Cordially RSVP and Cordially fills in your names, date, and events from the design. You check the details, add guests, style the RSVP page, and launch it. Then you paste the hosted RSVP link into an RSVP button on your Canva site. Full steps are in how to add RSVP to a Canva wedding website.

Squarespace: embed the form on your RSVP page

In Cordially, open Custom RSVP, choose Squarespace, and allow your site's address. Style and launch the form, copy the embed code, and paste it into an Embed block on your Squarespace RSVP page. Guests answer without leaving your site. See how to add a wedding RSVP to Squarespace.

Wix and other builders: use the hosted link

Cordially's embed code is set up for Squarespace today. On Wix or another builder, launch your RSVP in Cordially, copy the hosted RSVP link, and put it behind an RSVP button. Guests type their name, then answer for their household and their events.

If you'd like an embed for your builder, the Custom RSVP page in Cordially has a form to request it.

Zola, The Knot, and Joy: keep their RSVP, text the link

These sites have their own RSVP, and you don't have to move it. Import your guests into Cordially with a CSV, then paste your RSVP page link into any message. To make it the default, open Settings, go to RSVP Link, choose Custom link, and paste your Zola, The Knot, or Joy RSVP address. The {{invite_link}} variable then sends guests there.

Cordially can't see replies made on those sites, so choose who gets each reminder yourself. If you want Cordially to track replies by event and text pending guests, send guests Cordially's RSVP link instead and keep the other site for your story, registry, and travel details.

No website yet

Cordially includes a free wedding website with RSVP built in. You can also skip the website and text each guest a link to a simple RSVP page. Both are free. Texting guests is a one-time payment by unique guest phone numbers, from $69 for up to 50, with unlimited messages and no subscription.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to move my wedding website to use Cordially?

No. Keep your website on Canva, Squarespace, Wix, Zola, The Knot, or Joy. Squarespace sites can embed Cordially's RSVP form, Canva and Wix sites can link to it, and Zola, The Knot, or Joy couples can keep their own RSVP and paste that link into Cordially messages.

Can I keep my Zola RSVP and still text guests from Cordially?

Yes. Import your guests, then in Settings under RSVP Link choose Custom link and paste your Zola RSVP address. Every message with {{invite_link}} sends guests there. Cordially can't see replies made on Zola, so you decide who gets each reminder, and guest replies to your texts still land in one inbox.

Which websites can embed Cordially's RSVP form?

Squarespace, through an Embed block, after you allow your site's address in Cordially. For Canva, Wix, and other builders, you use the hosted RSVP link on a button instead. Guests see the same styled RSVP page either way, and their answers land in your Cordially guest list.

Why move RSVPs into Cordially if my site already has one?

When replies land in Cordially, you see who is pending for each event and can text only those guests. Household members answer together, and their replies sit next to your guest texts in one place. If you keep RSVPs elsewhere, you track who replied there yourself.
