- Schedule the reminder. You can also schedule the reminder to be sent later.
- Send the reminder. The reminder will be sent to the guests who have not responded yet.

How to send WhatsApp messages
Use WhatsApp for relatives abroad and SMS for guests who prefer regular text messages from one guest list.
- Add international guests to your guest list. Use tags to organize international guests and create a list for them.
- Choose or request a WhatsApp template. Select an approved template or submit a custom template for approval. Cordially will notify you when your custom WhatsApp template is ready to use. Approval may take up to 24 hours. (This approval is just a Meta, not a Cordially thing!)
- Send now or schedule. Start sending the template to your international guests immediately or schedule it. WhatsApp and SMS replies will appear together in your Cordially inbox.
